The arena Elite Finger Paddle is designed for increasing the power of the forearms, as well as improving the powerful catch phase in all four strokes- freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke and backstroke. In a similar fashion to the Elite Hand Paddle, it also improves upper body strength by creating water resistance so that you have to work harder. The finger paddles will create water resistance when you swim and also allow you to have more feel of the water whilst placing less strain on your shoulders compared to full-size paddles. The free palms ensure the maximum feel of water. Multiple strap positioning ensures an excellent customised fit. PVC free.
