3 New Athletes Join Our arena UK Team

WOW Big News!

We have 3 NEW athletes join the arena UK Team.

Let us introduce you to Dan Jones, Emily large and Harvey Freeman. Please keep scrolling to read all about our 3 fantastic athletes.

Dan Jones

The latest British swimmer to sign with arena UK. The Swansea University based sprinter has just come off an amazing season which saw him make his first Dan Jones Commonwealth Games team for Team Wales in  Birmingham.

The reigning Welsh 50m & 100m freestyle Champion was a big part of the Team Wales relay teams, which just missed the podium places in Birmingham despite setting National Records . Dan also took   13th place in the  individual 50m Freestyle .

Dan has his sights firmly set on making the GB team over the next two years and arena UK are delighted to be providing race suits and technical equipment to help achieve this target.

Emily Large

The Millfield based  butterfly swimmer has now chosen to race in arena race suits  including in her 200m butterfly signature event. The 21year old has been a regular on the International scene for a number of years including World Junior Champion on the 200 fly in 2017 and a 4 times European junior Champion .

Now working towards making Senior GB teams in the forthcoming years.

International Medal: World Junior Champion and 4 x European Junior Champion

National Titles / Medals: Multiple

Favourite stroke and event: 200m Butterfly

Harvey Freeman

One of GB’s bright future prospects in an event that has always been strong in British swimming . Harvey’s main event is the 200m breaststroke an

d arena UK are very pleased to announce the support of Harvey as he chasing his dream of making a senior GB team within the nest two years. The Northamptonshire born, 18 year old has just started a three year Sustainable Engineering degree  at Loughborough University where he will train with some of the best swimmers in the country in the pool that has produced so many of Britains’ most decorated swimmers.

Harvey has been a member of the GB European Junior Team for the past two years, taking 6th place in the 200m Breaststroke in 2022.
